Our 2026 A1homes plan brochure offers our full range of home plans from 48 – 309 square metres – now featuring our new A1 Duplex plans. Our homes are available as an A1 Built home completely built by us, or for those desiring to take a little more control of their build, an A1 Kit home.

Also any of our homes marked as ‘Flexi’ are available as a full built, a kitset or a completely transportable home – which means they’re built on our site and then delivered to yours.
