As registered Master Builders, we offer a range of plans for home builds, kit homes, and transportable homes. These can be built straight from the plans, or we can use them as inspiration to create your own Kiwi dream.

Our 2025 A1homes plan brochure offers our full range of home plans from 48 – 309 square metres – now featuring our new A1 Duplex plans. Our homes are available as an A1 Built home completely built by us, or for those desiring to take a little more control of their build, an A1 Kit home.
Also any of our homes marked as ‘Flexi’ are available as a full built, a kitset or a completely transportable home – which means they’re built on our site and then delivered to yours.
